Step Boldly into Nature
Embody the great outdoors with confidence.
Lupine Outerwear was born in the muddy, tick-infested, beautiful landscape of Vermont's fields and forests.
Founded in 2021 by an outdoor educator who spends her days kneeling in wet soil, scrambling through brush, and constantly tucking her pants into her socks, Ellen knew there had to be a better way. After navigating tick-borne illness and dealing with chronically cold hands, she got tired of compromising between staying safe and staying comfortable outside.
So Ellen went to fashion school and learned how to create outerwear that doesn't make you choose.
For women whose relationship with nature has been complicated by illness, discomfort, or just really limited gear options, these overalls represent something bigger: confidence to get back outside and stay there for as long as you want.
Raise the bar for women's outdoor workwear.
We believe every woman deserves technical gear that protects her body, supports her work, and celebrates her strength. By creating innovative workwear designed specifically for women who spend serious time outside, we're building a world where comfort, safety, and style aren't trade-offs—they're the standard.
When we have the right gear, we stay outside longer, work more confidently, and deepen our connection with the natural world. That's the future we're creating, one pair of overalls at a time.

These overalls protect me from wet plants that otherwise would get me soaked. These keep me warm but not too hot. They are great for the shoulder seasons.
